Questions people actually ask

Is there a per-seat minimum?: No. If you have 14 people you pay for 14.
What happens to the notes if we stop paying?: Everyone can export theirs, and we email each person a copy before the account closes. We do not hold them hostage.
Do you train anything on what people write?: No. The notes are read by the person they were sent to and nobody else.
